Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how SwingTrack ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It is intended to support transparency requirements for Google sign-in and the YouTube API Services (including features that access or upload YouTube content when you grant those permissions).

1. Information we collect

  • Account and profile. When you create an account or sign in, we process identifiers such as your email address, name, and profile image when you choose Google sign-in or email-based authentication. Our authentication provider (Supabase) stores credentials and session data needed to secure your account.
  • Google sign-in. If you use Google OAuth, Google shares with us the profile information you authorize (for example, name, email, and avatar) according to Google's consent screens and your Google account settings.
  • YouTube-related data. If you grant YouTube-related OAuth scopes, we may access or upload content only as needed to provide the features you initiate (for example, importing a video you select or uploading on your behalf when you explicitly start an upload). We do not use YouTube data for unrelated advertising profiles.
  • Match and video data. When you upload or import tennis match videos and related inputs, we process files, derived analytics (such as tracking overlays and heatmaps), and operational metadata (for example, processing status and timestamps) to run the Service.
  • Technical and usage data. We collect standard diagnostics such as device/browser type, IP address, and logs needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
  • Billing. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor (for example, Stripe) receives payment details directly; we typically receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status) rather than full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Run video analysis pipelines and store outputs you request;
  • Communicate about the Service (for example, security notices and transactional messages);
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

3. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Infrastructure providers that host data and run compute (for example, cloud storage, application hosting, and GPU processing vendors) solely to operate the Service;
  • Google / YouTube as required to implement Google sign-in and any YouTube features you enable, subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service;
  • Payment processors for billing when applicable;
  • Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data where applicable law allows; some records may be retained where we have a legitimate need (for example, security logs or invoices).

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where our providers process data, your information may be transferred across borders subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of certain personal data, or to object to processing. You can manage many settings inside the app (for example, account and connected integrations). You may also control Google and YouTube permissions from your Google account.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Third-party services

The Service may link to or embed third-party sites or APIs. Their practices are governed by their own policies. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Google when you use Google services.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.

11. Contact

For privacy questions, contact us through the support channel provided in the application (for example, Settings or your account email correspondence).
